Sörwespa SPA etiquette

Thank you for coming to visit us! In order for all our guests to enjoy the holiday, please follow the customs and customs of Sörwespa!


• To ensure the comfort of all guests, please note that the visit time of one guest to the spa lasts a maximum of 3 h.
• Children up to the age of 15 are allowed to stay at the spa until 8 p.m. and only with an adult responsible for the child’s behavior and safety.
• Independently, children can visit the spa from the age of 16, as long as they can ensure their own safety in the water and saunas and take into account other visitors.
• The spa can be accessed with a chip wristband, which also opens the locker in the dressing room.
• It is not allowed to share or change the wristband. When leaving, leave the wristband in a visible place in the accommodation room or return it to the spa attendant. Damages must be paid for the loss of the wristband according to the price list.
• Be diligent with your affairs. The visitor is responsible for the items left in the locker of the dressing room or taken to the spa.
• The spa has towels for guests. Please put them in a basket of used towels after use. Please act in an environmentally friendly way and use only one towel per visit when going to the spa.
• It is not allowed to enter the spa with food and drinks brought with you. Glassware and bottles should not be used in the spa.
• Consume drinks purchased from the spa in designated areas. It is not allowed to go to saunas and swimming pools with drinks.
• Smoking, consumption of spirits and drugs are not allowed in the spa.
• Please wash yourself before entering the spa. Remove makeup and stick to long hair.
• Hair dyeing, the use of body care products (scrubs, masks, oils, etc.), shaving, shaving and laundry in the spa premises are not allowed.
• It is mandatory to wear appropriate swimwear at the spa. Children under 3 years old are obliged to wear a diaper designed specifically for swimming.
• Please do not leave water running when taking a shower.
• Be careful when moving around the spa. Wet floors can be slippery. Do not run.
• Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
• Please wash yourself after the sauna, before and after swimming, so that the water in the pool remains clean and chlorine water does not enter the saunas.
• In the steam bath, throw steam only with warm water. Also consider other people in the sauna.
• Sörwespa is not responsible for your injuries and health problems and does not compensate for the resulting damages.
• The visitor is liable for health damage caused to himself or other guests as a result of negligence or violation of internal rules.
• If you have any questions, feel free to contact the spa attendant.
• Service personnel have the right to make comments to visitors about inappropriate behavior and actions. We have the right not to allow intoxicated and disturbing guests into the water and sauna spa. We reserve the right to suspend the validity of the visitor’s ticket without compensation in case of violation of good practice.
• The spa has video surveillance, except for changing rooms and showers.
• A contractual penalty of 50 EUR is prescribed for activities prohibited in good practice and for disturbing the peace of fellow visitors.
• When you leave the spa, make sure that you took all your personal belongings with you.
• The gift card must always be presented before the purchase.
