If you come to visit us and before you excitedly start exploring the menu, stop for a moment and notice that the SÖRWEKÖÖK is like a boat hidden among the junipers upside down. The boat tells the story of the island’s nature and heritage and refers to the Salme sailing ship found in the neighbourhood, which changed the entire Viking history of Europe.

SÖRWEKÖK offers authentic island food that combines local traditions and modern kitchen techniques. For those staying at SÖRWESPA, we offer breakfast upon pre-order, where you can find several local dishes on display.
