SÖRWESPA Nature Resort!

Check-in / Check-out

SÖRWESPA offers contactless check-in.

Please refer to your welcome email and follow the instructions under “Manage your booking” to complete your online check-in.

Once your online check-in is completed, we will send you a message with your apartment number and the code for your key locker.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon)

Parking

Your apartment includes one designated parking space marked with the corresponding apartment number. Parking for the villas is located next to your accommodation.

If you have additional vehicles, please use the large parking area next to SÖRWEKÖÖK Restaurant.

Please park only in designated parking spaces and avoid blocking other vehicles or pedestrian access.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

Network: SorveSPA

No password is required.

Reception

Our reception is located in the spa building.

Accommodation

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.

If the automatic fire alarm system is activated without a real emergency, a €500 penalty will be charged.

Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served at SÖRWEKÖÖK restaurant:

Summer season: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Low season: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

If breakfast is not included in your reservation, you can add it by managing your booking online.

You may also purchase breakfast at SÖRWEKÖÖK either the day before or on the same morning.

Spa opening hours

Saunas at spa

If you would like to use the morning sauna, please let us know the day before.

You will find your wristband next to your bathrobe in your room. It provides access to the spa and locks your locker.

Please leave the wristband in your accommodation when you depart.

A €50 replacement fee applies for lost or damaged wristbands.

Children under the age of 16 may use the spa only when accompanied by an adult.

Please help us keep the spa peaceful and safe.

Running and jumping into the pool are not permitted.

We reserve the right to ask guests who jump into the pool to leave the spa area.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa.

You can purchase drinks from our team or from SÖRWEKÖÖK during opening hours.

Pets

The pet fee is €10 per night.

Please let us know in advance or upon arrival if you are travelling with a pet.

Please clean up after your pet.

Please make sure that your pet does not disturb other guests.

You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

Outdoor Pool

The outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Please read the pool rules before entering the pool area.

Please be considerate of other guests.

To help keep the pool area safe, please do not run or jump into the pool.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool.

Bicycles

Bicycles are available for your use free of charge.

After your ride, please return your bicycle to the bicycle parking area rather than leaving it next to your accommodation.

If you would like a bicycle helmet, please ask a member of our team.

Restaurant SÖRWEKÖÖK

During the summer season, SÖRWEKÖÖK is open:

Wednesday–Saturday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

If possible, please let us know in advance if you would like to join us for dinner.

Please inform our restaurant team of any allergies or dietary requirements before your visit.
